Enter, Meditation.

Feeling overwhelmed? Meditation isn’t about emptying your mind—it’s about finding space within it.

For centuries, people have turned to meditation for clarity, balance, and peace. Now, modern science confirms what ancient traditions have long known: meditation reduces stress, improves focus, and helps us navigate life with greater ease. But beyond relaxation, it’s a powerful tool for transforming how we experience the world.

This four-week journey will introduce you to the foundations of meditation, its science, and deeper philosophies that connect mind, heart, and body. Through guided meditations, reflective exercises, and engaging discussions, you’ll develop practical tools to cultivate awareness, navigate emotions, and integrate mindfulness into daily life.

Alongside our sessions, you’ll receive a 30-page workbook with key teachings, journal prompts, exercises, and tips — plus recorded meditations to support your home practice. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your experience, this course will help you build a sustainable, meaningful practice.

Life is unpredictable. While we can’t control what happens, we can choose how we respond. Meditation helps us create space between our thoughts and emotions, allowing us to move through life with greater clarity, presence, and compassion.

It’s not about meditating perfectly, it’s about learning to show up, just as you are.

No experience needed, just an open mind and a willingness to explore.

I first stumbled across yoga as a teenager and have since incorporated movement, meditation, and pranayama into my life as avenues for healing, release, and rest. Years later, I’m continually inspired by the many ways in which yoga can facilitate both individual and collective healing. My approach to sharing and teaching yoga is centered around exploring themes of connection, compassion, and contentment within yourself and with those around you. In class, you can expect fluid and explorative flows that emphasise free movement and expression, while cultivating a sense of connection, presence, strength, and inner peace. Warm and open in my approach, I teach through a trauma-informed lens, and invite everyone to come as they are - just as they are. I truly believe that if we begin with a gentle curiosity, we can all develop strength, flexibility, compassion and endurance throughout the whole self. When I’m not on the yoga mat you can find me FaceTiming my Dog who lives in Australia, baking caramel slice or trying a new art & craft.
